As the team lead, my joy comes from sharing the mission of Full^HR with our staff and clients. That is to support our clients and their leadership, client's employees and their families.

As I have been an entrepreneur for 40 years, I know how to collaborate for success. My first successful business was Dawlor Electronics where as a teenager my best friend and I modified phase lock loop circuits and two-way radios in Charlotte, NC in a near Charlotte Douglas airport . And yes there were three concept attempts before Dawlor.
