Chuck Cooper
Senior Vice President of Sales and MarketingChuck’s career began when he served in a leadership role with his family’s country grain elevator and chemical business. In 1990, he became a partner in an Illinois based fertilizer manufacturing company which was later sold. From 1995 through present day, Chuck has served hundreds of businesses across the United States where he has helped his clients with challenges regarding Estate Planning, developing Buy-Sell agreements, qualified and non-qualified Executive compensation plans, and Employee Benefit programs. In addition, he has served his clients through his consultative approach to help them with enhancing employee engagement, creating operational efficiencies using integrated HR technology solutions and providing guidance on utilizing strategic Human Resource services. He prides himself on developing and maintaining quality relationships with his clients as well as the quality of service they receive.
Outside of work, Chuck has served in leadership positions at his church, continues to be active in Make A Wish and other Christian based organizations.
